We're not after a specific résumé shape — we're after these habits.

Outcome over output

We measure what shipped to a customer, not what was attempted. A small fix in the loop that closes a real dispute is worth more than a big feature nobody asked for.

Customers in the room

Every engineer talks to customers. Every designer watches a real workspace. The team building the product is the team supporting it.

Write to think

Decisions live in docs, not threads. If it matters, it gets a writeup. We read carefully and edit each other generously.

Use the tools we'd want

We're heavy users of agents, MCP servers, and AI tools — and we keep a human in every loop that touches a customer.

Our team is distributed across the US. We're not async-only — we expect at least 4 hours of US-time overlap.

Ship weekly

We ship every week. Releases gate on the same release evidence flow we sell — including approvals.

Equity
Everyone is an owner

Every team member has equity. Vesting follows the industry-standard 4-year, 1-year cliff.
