Do clients pay for seats?
No. Client and guest access is included on every paid plan — you only pay for your internal team. Bring as many client stakeholders into the portal as you need.
What counts as a project?
A project is a client engagement or product you're delivering — its own work items, releases, and billing. The Free plan covers one; Team and Enterprise are unlimited.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes prorate automatically. Nothing is locked in.
Is our client data safe with the AI?
